Privacy Policy
Updated October 2026.
This policy explains how Zacks Mobile Detailing uses information from customers, crew members and visitors to zacksmobiledetailing.com. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Bookings and customer information
When you book, contact us or leave a review, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, requested services, appointment time, notes, review and photos. We use these details to arrange the cleaning, manage appointments, communicate with you, handle service issues and maintain business records.
Authorized administrators and the crew assigned to your job can access the information they need to provide the service. Our phone service provider processes details you provide when arranging a booking by phone. If online payment is offered, the payment provider processes payment details; our booking system stores payment status and transaction references rather than complete card numbers.
Crew accounts and location sharing
Crew accounts contain profile and contact information, service coverage, availability, work history and information submitted during onboarding. Before and after job photos are used to document completed work.
If you enable device location sharing, we use the shared position for the operational map and job coordination. The web app sends updates while it is open and sharing is enabled. Authorized administrators can see shared operational locations. You can stop sharing through the app controls or your device permissions.
Reviews and public photos
Submitted customer reviews can appear publicly with the customer’s first name, service town and associated crew profile. Before and after job photos are published automatically once the job is completed and both photos are uploaded. They can appear on town pages, crew profiles and individual completed-job pages, whether or not a customer leaves a review. Public photos include service-town metadata. Public review pages do not display the customer’s phone number, email address or full service address.
Website analytics and cookies
Our site analytics record visits and booking steps, connection IP addresses, approximate city/state/country, browser and device information, referral and campaign information, and random browser identifiers. IP-based location is approximate and is looked up locally using DB-IP data. Analytics does not record passwords or unfinished contact fields. Customer contact details in the administration system come from submitted bookings.
Our site analytics remove stored IP addresses after 90 days and visit records after 180 days through scheduled cleanup. Booking, account and job records are maintained separately from visitor analytics.
We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and Meta Pixel on public customer pages to measure advertising visits and successful bookings. These providers can receive page and campaign information, browser/cookie information and conversion details such as booking value and transaction reference. Tracking tags are excluded from private workspaces and pages containing recognized access or password-reset tokens.
Our site-hosted visitor analytics, Google tags and Meta Pixel respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Account sessions and essential security features use cookies needed for signing in and using the service. Public map embeds load content from Google.
Service providers and access
Website hosting, phone service, mapping, advertising, analytics and any enabled payment services process information needed for their functions. Their own privacy policies explain their data practices. We restrict access to private booking and crew records through account permissions.
Privacy requests
Email [email protected] to ask about information associated with your booking or account, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to remove a public review photo. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Tell us the booking reference or account involved, and avoid sending passwords or payment card details.
We may retain records needed to manage active bookings, payments, disputes and business obligations. This page will be updated when our information practices change.
